Return and Refund Policy
We understand that shopping online for lingerie can feel risky, but we're here to make it an easy process for you to find your perfect Bralerie fit.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
It should be noted that you can request and exchange or return of your purchase for bralettes and bras only. We strictly do not accept exchange or refund on underwear bottoms.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 14 days after your purchase at hello@bralerie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we’ll sort that out for you.
